  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any A Unique Perspective website, subdomain, online store, landing page, sales page, digital platform, product, service, or community; placing an order; checking a box indicating acceptance of these Terms; creating an account; subscribing to a membership; or otherwise using our platforms or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our websites, purchase our products or services, or access our digital platforms.

These Terms apply to A Unique Perspective’s current and future websites, subdomains, digital platforms, products, services, and related offerings unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content provided by A Unique Perspective is owned by or licensed to A Unique Perspective and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Written materials
  • Books and ebooks
  • PDFs and digital downloads
  • Workbooks, guides, and templates
  • Audio and video content
  • Graphics, designs, and images
  • Course and educational materials
  • Website content
  • Branding, logos, names, and identifying marks
  • Other original materials made available through our websites, products, or services

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content or branding without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You may not use A Unique Perspective’s content, branding, or materials to create or market a competing, substantially similar, or derivative commercial product or service.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms or licenses.

 

  1. Digital Product License & Permitted Use

When you purchase or receive a digital product from A Unique Perspective, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for its intended personal and/or ordinary internal business use, as applicable.

This license applies to digital products including ebooks, EPUBs, PDFs, flipbooks, audio, video, workbooks, guides, templates, graphics, and other digital content.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the product;
  • Share the product or access credentials with others;
  • Reproduce or republish the product;
  • Upload the product to public websites, file-sharing services, or other platforms;
  • Sublicense or transfer your rights to another person;
  • Use the product to create a competing or substantially similar commercial product;
  • Commercially exploit the product beyond the permitted use; or
  • Provide unauthorized access to another person or organization.

The license is granted subject to these Terms and the applicable purchase terms and may terminate if the customer materially violates the permitted-use restrictions.

Where a digital product is designed to be printable, reasonable personal or internal business printing is permitted. Printed copies may not be resold, redistributed, commercially reproduced, or otherwise distributed without authorization.

Audio and video content may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, reproduced, republished, publicly shared, resold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited unless expressly authorized.

 

  1. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and other purchase information may change from time to time.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and order information.

Payments for purchases may be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and may be facilitated through platforms such as WooCommerce or FluentCart, depending on the applicable product, website, or checkout system.

Third-party payment processors and checkout platforms may have their own terms and privacy practices. A Unique Perspective does not control the internal processing practices of those third-party providers.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that an order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, availability, or other errors and to cancel or adjust an order where appropriate, subject to applicable law.

 

  1. Physical Products & Lulu Fulfillment

Physical paperback books purchased through the A Unique Perspective WooCommerce store may be produced and fulfilled through Lulu using print-on-demand services.

A Unique Perspective receives and manages the customer’s order and serves as the customer’s point of contact. Customers should contact A Unique Perspective regarding order problems rather than contacting Lulu directly. A Unique Perspective will work with Lulu as necessary to investigate and resolve eligible issues.

Lulu’s production and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery times may vary based on production requirements, shipping method, destination, customs, carrier conditions, delivery restrictions, and circumstances outside our control.

Orders are generally shipped using standard tracked shipping, with tracking information provided when available.

For additional information regarding Lulu Direct shipping and seller responsibilities, customers may review Lulu’s applicable policies and resources.

 

  1. Spreadshop Products

Some A Unique Perspective products may be sold through Spreadshop, which operates separately from our WooCommerce store.

For Spreadshop products, Spreadshop handles the applicable transaction and order processing, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service relating to those purchases.

Refunds, returns, replacements, shipping issues, and other order-related matters for Spreadshop purchases are subject to Spreadshop’s applicable policies and procedures.

Customers with questions or issues regarding a Spreadshop purchase should use the applicable Spreadshop customer support resources.

 

  1. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

8.1 Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be made available immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a product is defective or inaccessible.

Please provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Order date;
  • Product name;
  • Order number or copy of your receipt; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

We may request screenshots or additional information to help identify and resolve the problem.

We will generally attempt to troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement file or access before considering a refund. Reporting a technical or access issue does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Change-of-mind refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.

 

8.2 Physical Books Purchased Through WooCommerce

Physical books are produced on demand and therefore are not generally eligible for change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law.

If a physical book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact A Unique Perspective within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your full name;
  • Order date;
  • Product name;
  • Order number or copy of your receipt;
  • Photographs showing the issue; and
  • A brief explanation of the problem.

A Unique Perspective will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with Lulu to arrange a replacement.

Customers should not contact Lulu directly regarding an A Unique Perspective order. A Unique Perspective will communicate with Lulu as necessary on the customer’s behalf.

Replacement production and delivery times depend on Lulu and the applicable shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, the refund will generally be limited to the advertised value of the affected physical product. Shipping charges are not automatically refundable except where required by applicable law.

 

8.3 Delayed or Missing Physical Orders

If a physical order has not arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, contact A Unique Perspective at:

We will investigate the order and, where necessary, work with Lulu and the applicable carrier.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production requirements, shipping conditions, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, delivery restrictions, carrier delays, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Available remedies, including replacement or refund, will be determined based on the circumstances, applicable fulfillment policies, and applicable law.

 

8.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card company, payment provider, or other financial institution.

 

  1. Digital Delivery & Access

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, customer account, checkout page, membership platform, or another designated delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account or platform used to receive their purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate access issues.

 

 

  1. Accounts & Account Security

Certain current or future services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

 

 

  1. Membership & Community Services

Certain future or current offerings may include membership, community, educational, or subscription-based services.

Membership access, pricing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and other applicable conditions may be described during enrollment or in specific purchase terms associated with the applicable membership.

Membership access is personal to the purchasing customer unless otherwise expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, unlawful conduct, abuse, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

 

 

  1. Free Resources, Email & Marketing Communications

A Unique Perspective may provide free resources, downloads, newsletters, educational materials, or other communications.

Where you voluntarily subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the applicable unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily affect transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to fulfill an order, provide access to a purchased product, administer an account, or communicate about an existing customer relationship.

 

 

  1. User Reviews, Comments & Feedback

Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, or other content.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not knowingly violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Where content is voluntarily submitted for potential publication or promotional use, A Unique Perspective may use that content subject to any applicable consent or permission.

We may edit submitted content for grammar, clarity, formatting, or length without materially changing its meaning.

A review or testimonial reflects the individual’s experience and does not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same results.

Where we wish to use personally identifying information, photographs, likenesses, or a customer’s experience as a featured marketing testimonial, we may request additional permission or consent.

 

 

  1. Third-Party Services & External Links

A Unique Perspective may use third-party platforms and service providers to operate its websites, stores, payment systems, email services, digital delivery systems, analytics, fulfillment, memberships, communities, or other business functions.

These providers may include WooCommerce, FluentCart, Stripe, Lulu, Spreadshop, and other providers used as necessary to operate particular services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Our websites or materials may also contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. A Unique Perspective does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, products, services, or practices.

 

 

  1. Affiliate Relationships

A Unique Perspective may participate in affiliate marketing and may receive a commission when you purchase certain products or services through qualifying affiliate links, without additional cost to you.

Language

Business Changes

If A Unique Perspective permanently ceases operations without a successor, these Terms will no longer govern new transactions, except for provisions that survive by their nature or as required by applicable law.

Errors & Omissions

A Unique Perspective may correct genuine typographical, pricing, description, availability, or other errors or omissions, subject to applicable law and any rights that have already vested in a customer.
