Before adding more, it can help to pause and notice what is actually pulling your attention.
Notice the tasks, expectations, concerns, and responsibilities that are competing for your focus right now.
Consider whether you are responding from clarity, pressure, urgency, expectation, or something else.
Identify one next step you can take without trying to solve or carry everything at once.
Martha was serving Jesus.
The lesson is not that serving was wrong. Jesus addressed what had happened to her attention while she was serving.
