  • We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party content, goods, or services.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Digital Products (Kit) – All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download link is provided. However, if a digital product is proven to be corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, an alternative method of delivery may be provided as a remedy, where possible. For technical support, please contact shop@auniqueperspective.org within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Merchandise (Spreadshop) – Returns and refunds for merchandise are handled directly through Spreadshop. Please refer to their return policies for more information.
  • Payment Processing (Stripe) – All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly store or process your payment information.
  • Currency Information – All prices are listed and processed in USD (United States Dollars). Currency conversion, if required, is handled by your bank or payment provider, and we are not responsible for any additional conversion fees incurred.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Digital Products – Instant access is provided upon successful payment. Digital products are limited to one download per purchase and are valid for 24 hours from the time the download link is provided. If you experience technical issues, please contact shop@auniqueperspective.org within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Physical Products (Spreadshop) – Shipping and delivery times are determined by Spreadshop. Please check their policies for more details.

 

7. Podcast Content

  • Our podcasts are distributed through third-party platforms like PowerPress and are available on services like Apple, Spotify, and Amazon.
  • By accessing or streaming our podcast content, you agree not to redistribute, reproduce, or monetize our content without our prior written consent.
  • We retain all intellectual property rights to our podcast episodes, including the audio, cover art, and descriptions.

 

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our Site and its content. Use of our Site is at your own discretion and risk.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services.

 

 

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
